🌾 Here we take a twist on the classic: making it in powder form for a super latte packed with clean green energy and delicious toasty notes of grilled rice.

🍿 Toasty and comforting, with less bitterness than matcha, the ami-yaki rice is roasted over an open flame, adding yummy ‘popcorn’ notes, while the Sencha brings a fresh, delicate green tea flavor.

🍵 How to make? Just add approx 2g to cup, add a splash of hot water, whisk. Then add to warm or iced milk.
