Signature Matcha comes from the Kirishima mountain region in Kagoshima and is brought directly from the tea farm to your cup. It is packed with healthy amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins and minerals and has a beautiful bright green color, which is also reflected in the taste.

Taste profile: Rich in umami and natural, gentle sweetness with a fine, creamy texture; suitable for koicha, usucha and of course any form of matcha latte.
