Material: The swab ends are TPE, the rod is plastic (but lasts for thousands of uses), and the case is PLA which is made of corn and is biodegradable.

This color is in recognition of the endangered Cape Penguin. This South African penguin has been sliding toward extinction due to pollution, loss of nesting sites, lack of food and oil spills.
