Material: The swab ends are TPE, the rod is plastic (but lasts for thousands of uses), and the case is PLA which is made of corn and is biodegradable.

This color is in recognition of the critically endangered Kemp’s Ridley Sea Turtle. Like many marine animals, sea turtles mistake plastic waste for food, sometimes causing blockages in their digestive system. In the 1940s there were over 100,000 of these sea turtles. Now, there are only 500 left..
